Welcome to the FREdome Visionary Trust

Mission, aim and vision

The mission of the Trust is to make a better world for our children to inherit, by connecting the goodwill, ingenuity and good sense of caring people at grass-roots to what happens in society.

The aim of our flagship Carbon Cycling projects – A Pocket Full of Acorns and Operation OASIS are to communicate the benefits of – put simply – encouraging the planting of rainforests from arid coasts in order to transform inland areas so that new agriculture can convert excess carbon emissions and waste into enough food and fuel for the world’s needs.

Our vision is a world providing enough food, fuel, safe materials, and employment for everyone to enjoy.

Showing how global sustainability is achievable providing confidence in the future economy and environment.

motto of the FREdome  Visionary Trust – A Shared Way Forward

FREdome celebrated ten years since formation in 2014!

Greg  Peachey launched  FREdome  in July 2004 - a movement to re-connect the positive will of the people to what happens in society. Many of the things we see on our screens everyday are not what the community want their children to inherit, because of a widespread disconnection between ideas and resources. Experience suggests that, however bright, an idea from an ordinary community member will only be taken seriously, when there is a mandate from the People behind it. As a grass-roots initiative in itself, FREdome Visionary Trust will both serve to illustrate and need to overcome, the very hurdles it seeks to dismantle.
